30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if your item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

  • Incorrect size, color, or model (if it was our mistake)

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The boots must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All accessories (laces, box, extras) must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Because each pair is quality-checked before shipping, we do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The wrong size was selected at checkout and the item delivered matches the order

  • The product has been worn or used

  • The request is made after 30 days of delivery

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the mistake was on our end (wrong model, size, or color shipped).
If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot exchange it.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Missing Items

If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, contact us and we will investigate.
If confirmed lost by the courier, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
